The Kennedy Construction Team Fully Renovated the back of this North Burnaby home to create a master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in closet as well as a larger kitchen and a large covered outdoor deck.
This project required excavation work and erecting a new foundation for the add-on. City permits and inspections were essential to ensure the new structure was sound and compliant.
The customized kitchen used quarter-sawn oak for the cabinetry with quartz countertops.
A wood plank tile application was used throughout the living room and dining room while the master bedroom’s expanse was covered in quarter sawn oak flooring.
The house extension was meticulously tied into the Stucco finish of the original home to achieve a seamless addition.
Exposed aggregate walkways and patio were added along with a new driveway and several small retaining walls.
To top off the outdoor comfort, a fireplace was built on the porch to warm up those cool summer evenings.
The strict attention to detail really paid off on this stunning home that certainly can boast the “Wow” factor.
