Established in 2003, Kennedy Construction, has evolved into one of the top construction firms in the Lower Mainland. We started out with a focus primarily on home renovations and worked our way up to reputable homebuilders. Our love of ‘starting from scratch’ and the process of constructing an entire home comes from years of working alongside some of the best builders in the city. Years of quality workmanship, excellent client relations, and an exceptional work ethic have made us who we are today.

Step 1

Let's Meet

We’ll meet in person for a consultation so we can hear about your plans. We want to get a good sense of your vision. If we think we are the right fit for your project then we can proceed to the next step. If you aren’t already working with a designer or architect, we can recommend some of our favourite design firms—for smaller projects we can work with you on design.

Step 2

Start Design

Most clients start collecting ideas before they come in for the consultation. Many use applications like Pinterest for sourcing visual inspiration to share with us and their designers. You will work with the designer to finalize your wish list. Once they have all the necessary information—they will draw up plans and we will work with them to ensure that everyone is on the same page before construction begins.

Step 3

Estimate & Contract

Once design plans are is in place, we will put together a detailed estimate (which will include the final budget range) for you to review. Our estimates are competitively priced so we can ensure the quality work that you expect. When the estimate is agreed upon, a contract will be presented to you.

Step 4

Let's Build

Once the contract is signed, all permits are obtained, and milestones are put in place— construction can begin. You will be able to keep track of timelines, budgets, and your project’s overall progress by using Buildertrend®. Post construction—we will do a thorough cleaning of your property (interior and exterior) so your new space/home is move in ready!
