Our ideal renovation projects typically start at approximately $300,000, with many exceeding that amount. Your project’s estimate will depend on its size, structural requirements, existing conditions and selected finishes.
Can we renovate our existing home instead of moving?
A major renovation or addition may address the space and functionality concerns that are prompting you to consider moving. We can discuss the changes you have in mind and the work involved so you can assess the options for your property.
Can you work with our architect or designer?
Yes. We collaborate with architects, designers and relevant consultants to coordinate the construction requirements of your project.
Can energy efficiency upgrades be included?
Yes. Depending on the scope, we can incorporate insulation, airtightness, building envelope improvements and heating or cooling upgrades. Considering these early helps integrate them with the rest of the work.
What warranty coverage is available?
Renovations include a two-year workmanship warranty. Custom homes include home warranty coverage, with the applicable details reviewed for your project.
