This beloved 1960’s Vancouver Lonsdale built home, really needed a little TLC and some serious upgrading/renovations.

The client’s father bought the 1960’s built home 20 years ago and over time made updates to the interior—but the exterior of the home needed improvement and the kitchen needed to renovated.

Admittedly the siding was dated and the roof lines flat with minimal overhang. The stairs up to the front entrance, plus the front entrance itself needed remodelling.

We proposed the bold idea of tearing the existing roof off the house and completely redesigning the upper portion of the home including the entry way.

It was not the simple answer the client was looking for, but it was an effective solution and would transform this house into the home of their dreams.
