This home upped its staycation game with this beautifully imagined porch area by Synthesis Design.

In collaboration with the client, Kennedy Construction beautifully merged existing, modern, and rustic elements by using locally milled cedar timbers and open rafters, bringing them together with precision craftsman joinery and hidden connections, along with embedded seismic fasteners (keeping the structure strong and timeless).

Dressed with a hanging chandelier, vintage lights, ample seating, overhead radiant heaters, a gas fire coffee table, and a hot tub to top things off, this outdoor patio is now a deluxe entertaining space and family retreat no matter the weather or time of year.
