Kennedy Construction followed the stringent guidelines for the home envelope set out by the local municipality to achieve Energuide 80 and Built Green Gold.

The overall architect’s signature design included custom fir wood exterior doors and windows along with fir interior doors, fir trim and cabinetry to match.
