We really enjoyed working with Unison Architecture on this laneway house project.
Laneway Homes have very specific city guidelines—this was a great opportunity to learn all about laneway home regulations.
Once all the permits were in place we were able to start the build. We created a vaulted ceiling to make the limited space feel more open and airy, and timber details give it a west coast vibe.
Sleek finishes and dark wood floors were added to give an overall modern feel to this small but superb home.
