This townhouse renovation had two goals—make the most out of the square footage and give the space some creative flare.

We replaced a ho-hum fireplace with a floor to ceiling concrete fireplace. The newly designed fireplace added a modern look, becoming the living area’s spectacular focal point.

We also updated the ensuite with a glassed walk-in shower, a floating vanity, and new tiling and flooring to round out the look. The guest bathroom was gutted and completely revamped as well. This townhouse is now a vibrant, eye-catching home.
