Our client was looking for an industrial, Gastown atmosphere for her Commercial Drive Vancouver apartment.

The renovation started with a huge kitchen upgrade including new interior doors and flooring.

The cabinetry was all custom built and installed with new fixtures throughout.

Phase 2 of the renovation was the main bathroom. The aromatherapy steam shower was the principal feature.

Other upgrades such as a seamless glass shower with tile covered walls and jets added to the enhancement of the overall impression.

An en-suite bathroom was also renovated to match the mill work of the main bathroom and the look and feel of the rest of the apartment.

The final phase of the project was tying everything together.

A false brick wall was built to set off the industrial look complimented by wood floors.

All the fixtures and moldings were upgraded to match.

The result is an absolutely beautiful East Vancouver apartment.
