As the family had grown over the years, space became tight.

This addition was to continue a seamless look from the outside extending from the family room to the new master bedroom.

We added space with a home extension on this Edgemont Village rancher.

It included a full master bedroom with a walk-in closet.

This can be difficult when working with an older house but we were able to deliver a seamless addition.

The project started with the footings, an extension of the foundation and a floating slab.

From there, we framed up the walls and built the basis for the addition.

The ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks and a modern glass shower to top off this much needed extension.
