Waterloo Kitchen

Situated in one of Vancouver’s most sought after neighbourhoods, this 20-year-old home needed upgrading.  Jennifer and Cameron, repeat customers of Kennedy Construction, wanted an open kitchen.  Our on-staff designer drew up plans for the demolition and sketched our a design for all the millwork.  Kennedy Construction had to remove a wall between the kitchen and the living room. The project involved extensive finishing such as a built-in breakfast nook, study desk and custom cabinetry that extended into the dining room.

Adding even more flare and openness was a floor to ceiling glass wall along the staircase leading to the upper floor. With wood flooring throughout, a once disconnected home of small rooms became an inviting fresh open space.  Jennifer and Cameron were once again thrilled with their newly renovated home.
