Service: Whole Home Renovations
Our client and his family decided it was time to give their beloved West Vancouver rancher a whole home renovation.
We gutted this rancher down to the studs but retained the structural style. We added a new front entrance to give a stunning first impression and a foyer that boasts a beautiful clear cedar, vaulted ceiling.
Behind the foyer “walls” are built-in, floor-to-ceiling closets—built-ins were added throughout the home for additional storage and to complement the sleek design of the interior. The kitchen island is adorned with an Eastern Maple waterfall countertop, which gives a pop of flair against the clean lines of the modern kitchen. Energy efficient upgrades were made throughout and new windows were installed to bring the home up to current energy code standards. We loved working on this project and are very pleased with the results.
