Partnership Services
Kennedy Construction recognizes the value in working with talented designers and architects. Our ability to comfortably oversee a project featuring multiple professionals comes from years of project coordinating. From assessing designs and drawing specs and coordinating design and build processes, to overall project coordination including timeline, scheduling, budget management and reporting, to detailed and accurate estimates based on pre-existing specs, we do it all and keep each project cohesive in it’s execution.

THE PROCESS
Step 1
We want to hear what you have to say: what’s your vision and how can we achieve it? Together we discuss your goals, budget and timelines. This is essential to building the foundation of our relationship and the framework of your project.
Step 2
You’ve been thinking about renovating your space for a while. Do you have an interior designer or architect? Have you discussed your ideas with the municipality? Are you aware of any potential structural or environmental challenges that may impact your plans? No matter how many questions you have, we’re here to help!
Step 3
We take all the information about your project and turn it into a detailed estimate. After you’ve reviewed it and we’ve hammered out all the specifics, the final step is signing a contract. We don’t move forward until everyone is on the same page.
Step 4
Now the work can begin! We establish a timeline and build our team of reputable trades. To keep everyone in the loop, we track progress and budget using user-friendly software that you can access easily at home or on the go. From complete teardowns to interior design work, rest assured we’ve seen and done it all and can handle whatever your project throws at us!
